Your Rights to Generated Content

You own what you create. All music and audio content you generate using Next Music belongs entirely to you.

You have complete freedom to:

• ✓ Use generated tracks commercially (sell, license, monetize)
• ✓ Upload to any platform (Spotify, YouTube, streaming services, etc.)
• ✓ Modify, remix, or incorporate into other works
• ✓ Claim copyright on your generated content
• ✓ Use without attribution or royalty payments to us

No strings attached. We claim no ownership, royalties, or rights to your creations. What you make is yours, period.

Beta Period Clarity

Content generated during the beta period (before or after this TOS was posted) is covered under these same permissive terms. Your rights don't change.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Comply with applicable laws when using generated content
• Not use the service to create content that infringes others' rights
• Not misrepresent AI-generated content as human-performed (where legally required to disclose)

Service Disclaimer

Next Music is provided "as is" during beta. We make no warranties about availability, output quality, or fitness for any specific purpose. We're not liable for any issues arising from your use of the service or generated content.

Platform Rights

While you own generated content, we retain rights to:

• Operate and improve the service
• Use anonymized/aggregated data for development
• Display your content as examples (only with your explicit permission)
